Hilary Brown

A native of Richmond, VA, Hilary grew up doing local theatre and commercials. She earned a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and was a founding member of the Drawing Board Arts Project in New York. Favorite acting roles include Evelyn Nesbit in My Sweetheart’s the Man in the Moon (Hypothetical Theater Company), Mary Phagan in Parade (NYU) and, most recently, Raz in A Civil War Christmas (NHTC). As a director, her work includes NHTC’s Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Jane in Hell (Second Sex Play Fest). Hilary is proud to be a member of NHTC. When not making theatre, she works in development at Yale University.
