NHTC, a collective ensemble theatre company producing at the NHTC Stage at EBM Vintage, 839 Chapel Street, New Haven, will hold open auditions on the evenings of Sunday, November 23 and Monday, November 24 for the role of Bernadette. Bernadette is the 22-year-old German maidservant to Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas. Bernadette is a pivotal character with a traumatic past which includes a sexual assault.
Bernadette's character describes a brutal rape at the hands of German soldiers.
About the play.

The auditions will be held in the NHTC performance space in the back of EBM Vintage, located at 839 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT, on November 23 and Monday November 24 at 7PM. Director, John Strano, Producer/Stage Manager J. Kevin Smith, plus other company and cast members as available, will be present.
